Customers who purchase refundable fares are eligible for a full refund within 24 hours after their purchase, as per British Airways refund policy. The cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund before it is issued after 24 hours. The only part of non-refundable fares that will be refunded is the tax; YQ will not. If the passengers have a mix of refundable and non-refundable fares, the strictest standard will be used, and such tickets will be treated as non-refundable. Passengers will receive a refund for the unused portion of the ticket less any applicable fees and taxes if a ticket is only partially utilised.
