Going Global 2020 was set to take place on 29-30 June in London this year. Due to the intense effects of COVID-19, the British council has decided to cancel the conference this year.
However, the British council has made a digital alternative with hosting live events, publishing blog posts, podcasts and posters which presents the conference theme “Global learners’ Global innovation”
It encourages the leaders of international education to take part in the activities which is planned in June with free of charge.
The events offer to provide a unique platform for knowledge sharing. It helps to connect local, national, regional and global agendas. It also provides a global network for policy makers and practitioners working in the field of international education. Other events include supporting global thought leadership and evidence led policy decisions.
